All software on this site is governed by the Bad Kitty Software licence. Please read it. The short version: free for non-commercial use with credit, not for resale or commercial use without written permission.

No warranty

This website and all software on it is provided as it is. We make no promises that everything will work perfectly at all times. Software can have bugs. Websites go down. If something is broken, you are welcome to let us know via the contact page, but we cannot guarantee when or whether it will be fixed.

Downloads

All downloads are provided in good faith. Always verify your download using the Bad Kitty Software GPG key before running anything. We are not responsible for problems caused by not verifying downloads, or by downloading from any source other than badkitty.uk.

If this website links to other sites, we are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites. A link is not an endorsement.

Contact

We only accept contact via the contact form on this site. We do not accept unsolicited commercial email, commission requests, or sales pitches. These will be ignored.

Commissions and bespoke work

Bad Kitty Software does not take commissions or bespoke work of any kind. This is not negotiable. Do not contact us to ask. The one area where we may consider a request is accessibility improvements for users with disabilities, and even then we cannot promise to deliver anything.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
