1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website at badkitty.uk (the "Website") or any software made available through the Website (the "Software"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Website and Software. These Terms apply in addition to the End User Licence Agreement governing the Software, which is available at badkitty.uk/licensing.php.

The Website and Software are operated by Bad Kitty Software, a sole trader operating in the United Kingdom ("Bad Kitty Software", "we", "us", "our").

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Website. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: transmitting unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content; attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems; and using automated tools to scrape or harvest content without prior written consent.

5. Software downloads

All Software made available for download via the Website is provided subject to the End User Licence Agreement available at badkitty.uk/licensing.php, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Bad Kitty Software strongly recommends that all downloads be verified against the published GPG public key prior to installation. Bad Kitty Software accepts no liability for issues arising from Software downloaded from any source other than badkitty.uk or from failure to verify downloads.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and all content and Software available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Bad Kitty Software does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Bad Kitty Software does not accept commissions, bespoke development work, partnership proposals, or collaborative arrangements of any kind, save that Bad Kitty Software may, at its absolute discretion, consider requests for accessibility modifications from users with disabilities. No contractual obligation arises from any communication submitted via the contact form or by any other means, unless confirmed in writing by Bad Kitty Software.
